Vibrating Control Screening Machine KTS-V2
The vibration control screen machine is driven by two vibration motors installed in parallel. The sieve machine is fixed by a spring pre-set on the machine body. Vertical vibration is limited to the center of the screen in order to control the screening. The subtle product falls from the center of the device almost in a free-falling manner.
Only some of the particles around the screen are slightly transported, and only a small amount of oversized particles are discharged. Both the centrifugal force of the motor and the inclination angle of the screen machine can be adjusted to adjust the time the product stays on the net.
The frame has two grooves and two fixing rings, which is convenient for on-site network deployment and does not require rich operation experience. Especially when installing a fine fiber web, no special tools are required.
